Southeast girls track and field finished second in the two-day Three Rivers League meet that ended Friday and was hosted by Oswego.
The Lancers were a distant second with 98 points, 79 behind team champion Jayhawk-Linn. Northeast placed fifth with 42 points.
On the boys side, Southeast placed fourth with 73 points and Northeast finished sixth with 34. Jayhawk-Linn won the boys title with 115 points.
SOUTHEAST
On the girls side, Jackie Robinson won a title in the pole vault at 9 feet, 0 inches and she was joined in the event by Macie Herron in third (8-6) and Lyla Oehme in sixth (6-6). Zakiyyah Dickinson was second in the shot put at 37-1/2. Elena White finished sixth in the discus (85-9) and the javelin (89-2 1/2).
Camryn Sanders was second in the triple jump (31-6 1/2), third in the long jump (15-5) and third in the high jump (4-10). Addi Ulepich was fourth in the triple jump (28-11) and Gabby Ulepich fourth in the high jump (4-10). Emma Gideon also finished sixth in the high jump (4-8).
The 4x100 of Gabby Ulepich, Gideon, Sanders and Aubri Smith finished second in 53.61 seconds. The 4x400 of Journee Rimmer, Addi Ulepich, White and Hope Sluder finished third in 4:42. The 4x800 of Kendyl Renn, Rimmer, Addi Ulepich and White finished second in 11:22.
Smith finished second in the 100 (13.80) and the 200 (28.96). Rimmer was fourth in the 800 (2:45).
On the boys side, Trey Sol Galindo won the pole vault with a mark of 14-0, Chance Windsor was fourth (10-0) and Christopher Archey finished sixth (9-0). Ryan Sossman finished second in the triple (36-10) and fourth in the long (18-3 1/2). Braxtyn Renn was fifth in the discus (100-11) and shot put (36-3).
Hudson Locke won the league in the 800 (2:10) and Archey finished third in the 800 (2:12). Zayne Gabern finished second in the 1,600 (4:45) and the 3,200 (10:40).
The 4x800 of Archey, Gabern, Locke and James Maxton finished third in 9:32. The 4x100 of Jayden Johnson-Keller, Sossman, Zack Whittenburg and Michael Smith ran sixth in 52.58.
NORTHEAST
On the girls side, Brooklyn Jackson won league titles in the discus (126-4) and shot put (39-3). Hailey Smardo was fifth in the shot (31-8) and seventh in the discus (85-1).
Maddison Villarreal finished second in the high jump (5-0) and set a new Northeast school record; she also finished sixth in the triple jump (27-11 1/4).
Allie Wade was third in the 3,200 (14:36) and fifth in the 1,600 (6:30). Allison McCarley finished sixth in the 3,200 (15:29). The 4x100 of Kylee Dickerson, Wade, Lanie Rhodes and Chloe Kellogg finished sixth (58.19) and the 4x400 of Dickerson, Wade, Zoey Guerrero and Kellogg were also with (5:15).
On the boys side, Tayven Willard won titles in the long jump (21-2 1/2) and triple jump (42-1/2); Tegan Mitchell placed fourth in the triple (34-10 1/2).
Jaxson Payne was fifth in the high jump (5-8) and sixth in the 3,200 (11:48). Christian Hernadez finished sixth in the 200 (26.29) and the 400 (59.09).
