Get Busy Livin’ marks 16 years

As volunteers, participants and well-wishers streamed into Hutchinson Stadium, Saturday, Dennis Meier grinned and asked who was responsible for the weather. It was indeed a perfect spring morning for 16th annual 5K Run and Friendship Walk.

was the honorary starter for this year’s 5K.

Proceeds from this annual event help support a long list of scholarships and grants, all targeted at helping youth and young athletes.

The Community Foundation of Southeast Kansas is the host agency for the Dylan Meier Get Busy Livin’ Foundation Fund.
