WEDNESDAY, JUNE 17 Blanket Brigade Join the Blanket Brigade in making quilts for those in need. The Brigade meets every Wednesday, except the first Wednesday of the month, at Zion Lutheran Church, 102 W. Jackson, Pittsburg, from 9 a.m. to noon. No experience necessary. Liberal Ladies Liberal Ladies will meet every other Wednesday, at noon, at Dem HQ at 217A N. Broadway. We don't generally eat, but feel free to bring your lunch. Any woman interested in progressive issues is welcome to attend.
