JIKANDOR, Liberia (AP) — For generations, families in Jikandor village fished and drank from the river that runs through Liberia ’s dense rain forest. Now toxic pollution is making them leave. They blame the largest gold miner in Liberia, Bea Mountain Mining Corporation.
