For the better part of the past two years, citizens of Pittsburg have watched with great interest as the new Kelce College of Business building has risen on Broadway and as workers renovated the old Besse Hotel, an icon that plays an important role in Pittsburg history. On Tuesday, curious crowds got a peek inside these massive projects.
