Excerpted stories in Crawford County newspaper archives 100 Years Ago Dec. 15, 1923 Dr. Charles F. Montee will open a maternity home at 1106 S. Broadway on Sunday afternoon. The public is invited to inspect the home between the hours of the 2 and 7 that Sunday. It is equipped to handle 15 or 16 patients a month and will be open to all physicians who wish to use it.
