‘Dolson, arraigned, pleads not guilty’

100 years ago June 25, 1926 Ed S. Dolson, former cashier of the defunct Farmers State Bank of McCune, was arraigned this morning before Justice J. H. Vivian here and preliminary hearing was set for Tuesday, July 7, at the City Hall. Bond on the ten counts charged in three complaints was fixed at $95,000. It was indicated no effort will be made to furnish bond pending the preliminary hearing. Dolson waived formal arraignment and entered a plea of not guilty.
