PITTSBURG, Kan. — This weekend many veterans and their families across SEK gathered as their communities celebrated Veterans’ Day; and for a privileged few, the Marine Corps birthday. Each commemorated the day in their own unique way. This year, Veterans’ Day fell on a Saturday, meaning most community observances were held on Friday, November 10.
