SÃO PAULO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan 28, 2026-- PicPay announced today the pricing of its initial public offering, consisting of an offering of 22,857,143 Class A common shares pursuant to a registration statement on Form F-1 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) at a public offering price of US$19.00 per Class A common share. The Class A common shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market (“Nasdaq”) under the symbol “PICS” on January 29, 2026. Prior to the closing of the offering, PicPay intends to change its name from Picpay Holdings Netherlands B.V. to PicS N.V.
