DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec 1, 2025-- BKV Corporation (“BKV”) (NYSE: BKV) today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 6,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $26.00 per share. The total gross proceeds of the offering, before deducting underwriters’ discounts and commissions and estimated offering fees and expenses, are $156.0 million. BKV has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 900,000 shares from BKV at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
