Girard junior Storm Rieck, wrestling at 132 pounds for Matside Wrestling Academy, placed fourth Saturday in the KC Super 32 (Early Entry) at Olathe Northwest High School. Rieck finished 4-2 overall in the tournament, losing 7-0 in a semifinal against Cowboy Wrestling Club’s Bryar Hooks and 1-0 in the third-place match against Built By Brunson’s Mikey Polyakov. Rieck pinned Brighton’s Cooper Howell in 2 minutes and 33 seconds, won 9-2 over Team Gann’s Renzo Gann, won 4-3 over unaffiliated Isaac Mayora and won 8-7 over Abilene’s Noah Wuthnow.
