Wild horses, burros find new homes

GIRARD, Kan. — The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) returned to the Crawford County Fairgrounds Friday morning, bringing in dozens upon dozens of burros and wild horses to the Livestock Barn in hopes of placing the animals into safe and humane private care.
