As I was preparing to join the Fowler herd in donning a commemorative T-Shirt and gathering at the reunion taking place this weekend at Old Kinderhook on Lake of the Ozarks, I came across some UK slang words. Since before they settled in Arcadia, the Fowlers and Davenports hailed from Great Britain, I thought it would be appropriate to mix in some Brit slang as MC of the family talent show. The one overriding audience rule for the talent show is that you’re not allowed throw things at the participants … unless they’re lighter than a Kleenex.
