Stuart L. Owsley, 83, of Pittsburg, passed away at 11:52 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 2, 2025, at his daughter’s home in Tulsa, OK. He was born May 23, 1942, in Belleville, Kansas, the son of Justice Perry Lyndon and Maxine E. (Polley) Owsley. He graduated from Kansas State University.
