Patricia Ann Billiard, 95, of Charlotte, North Carolina, formerly longtime resident of Mulberry, Kansas, died at 9:45 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 16, 2025, at Brookdale Carriage Club in Charlotte, North Carolina. Mrs. Billiard was born Sept. 14, 1930, at Curranville, Kansas the daughter of John and Anna Goodman Wilson.
