Harriett M. Neer, 87, of Pittsburg, passed away at 7:17 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 9, 2025, at Via Christi Village. She was born on New Year's Day, Jan. 1, 1938, to Harry and Dollie (McVickers) Wintle. She graduated from Pittsburg High School and attended Kansas State Teachers College (now PSU).
