PITTSBURG, Kan., July 9, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Watco Companies, L.L.C. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Watco Finance Corp. (collectively, "Watco"), today announced the pricing of its previously announced private offering (the "Offering") of $700 million aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2032 (the "Notes"). The Notes will pay interest semi-annually at a rate of 7.125% per annum.
