FRONTENAC, Kan. — Much of Wednesday’s city council meeting in Frontenac was taken up with executive sessions. One of those sessions involved discussions on a land contract the city has concerning property at 5011 Parkview Drive — the southwest corner of US-69 and McKay Street.
