ARMA, Kan. — For high school students looking for career pathway opportunities or businesses seeking future employment, the Rural Outreach 2023 Career Fair is the place to be. Put together by Independence Community College’s Rural Outreach Education (ROE) Program, the event is scheduled to take place from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 6, at Northeast High School, located at 1002 E. South St. In Arma.
