PITTSBURG, Kan. — Construction is expected to begin Tuesday on a new parking lot in front of Pittsburg Community Middle School. USD 250 detailed plans for the new parking lot in a news release on Thursday. According to the release, the project is funded by remaining bond proceeds from the 2022 PCMS bond initiative, ensuring that no additional cost was passed on to taxpayers.
