ARMA, Kan. — Months after being announced as the Northeast USD 246 superintendent, Dr. Ray Streeter met with the Arma Council during Tuesday’s regular meeting to discuss recreational improvements around the community. Starting in the 2022-23 year, Streeter replaces Greg Gorman, who served the district for 10 years. Several Arma council members welcomed Streeter to Arma as he noted that he was hired in November and officially seated on Tuesday.
