PITTSBURG, Kan., — Two people were taken to the hospital for treatment of serious injuries following a three-vehicle crash south of Pittsburg shortly after 1 p.m. Saturday. Mathew Tonnar, 53, of Oronogo, Missouri, and Janet Tonnar, 52, of Higginsville, Missouri, were both taken to Ascension Via Christi after their Harley Davidson motorcycle was struck by a Jeep driven by 19-year-old Traceton Redlon of Crestline. Redlon was exiting the Truck-n-Travel truck stop and crossing Highway 171 onto Langdon Lane at the time of the crash, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol.
