PITTSBURG, Kan. — Despite being a smaller city, Pittsburg has seen its fair share of defacement on buildings and trash cans, and although the parks and trails are utilized by people to exercise and be with nature, these spots are sometimes the target for vandalism. Graffiti at the 23rd Street Bike Park was first reported three weeks ago. Phrases such as “Pimp,” “Hoe,” and “Chloe the pimp” were sprayed-painted on trees along one of the trails.
