GIRARD, Kan. — The Girard Public Works Department is moving ahead with a project to replace and adjust road signs across the city. During Monday’s Girard City Council meeting, councilmembers talked with public works director Jackie Messer regarding a second round of signs, specifically for regulatory signs. The proposed purchase is a continuance from the first phase of the sign project.
