Scout, Panczer debut new book

PITTSBURG, Kan. — When Scout, walks into a room, individual faces light up with excitement and the pets ensue. Scout received plenty of pets and praise Thursday morning at the Frontenac Public Library as she and her handler, Taylor Panczer, announced the release of their book “A Dog Who Helps Hearts.”
