PITTSBURG, Kan. — As an art lover all her life, Conner Rental Management Co-Owner Leah Conner has developed a space for creative minds to share their work. “I've met a lot of artists and a lot of people that enjoy art,” she said. “It just made me feel like we needed more art shops for people to display their artwork.
