PSU hosts suicide prevention event for community

PITTSBURG, Kan. — You are not alone, and help is available. Organizers with Pittsburg State University and Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas (CHC/SEK) held an event to start conversations about suicide, Tuesday, which was World Suicide Prevention Day. Roughly 25 people gathered by the University Lake to listen to facts and statistics, honor someone they lost to suicide and show support for others struggling.
