PITTSBURG, Kan. — A Pittsburg man was arrested at a local hotel aggravated kidnapping, aggravated criminal sodomy and rape Saturday evening. At approximately 5:47 p.m. Aug. 23, Pittsburg Police were dispatched to Americas Best Value Inn, located at 3108 N Broadway Street, regarding a sexual assault report. The reporting party, a juvenile and an adult male, informed officers on scene that the suspect, 50-year-old Damien Dorien Yarbrough, was attempting to leave the hotel.
