Pittsburg judge named to fill 11th district seat

TOPEKA, Kan. — Gov. Laura Kelly announced on Friday her appointment of John Mazurek of Pittsburg to a judgeship position in the 11th Judicial District. Mazurek is filling the position left vacant when Judge Lori Bolton Fleming was appointed to the Kansas Court of Appeals.
