PITTSBURG, Kan. — For the last six years, Leonard H. Axe Library at Pittsburg State University has undergone almost $6 million worth of renovations and reconstruction divided into six phases. Speakers and PSU staff in attendance at a ceremony Tuesday marking the completion of that work, however, made clear that they were investing in more than just the structure. Dean of Library Services Randy Roberts began the celebration by talking about how some building renovations started almost 20 years ago, and as the years progressed, PSU leadership began to ask an important question.
