PITTSBURG, Kan. — More Pittsburg residents came before the city commission to express their continued concerns about the homeless issue in the city. Complaints ranged from abandoned shopping carts blocking traffic to abandoned homes and trespassing. John Lair said he wanted to know why the city is not enforcing its own ordinances after filing a complaint about shopping carts left on North Grand near Wesley House.
