PITTSBURG, Kan. — Shawnee Lorenz of Lorenz-Haus Development met with Pittsburg’s Economic Development Advisory Committee (EDAC) Wednesday morning about a current restoration project underway at 211 N. Broadway. Lorenz asked the EDAC to modify her initial request of $67,500 in matching funds by increasing it to $140,000 due to rising construction costs. The historic building at 211 N. Broadway has served a single tenant.
