FRONTENAC, Kan. — For more than two decades, Lynn Grant has served the people of Frontenac, Crawford County, and southeast Kansas, from Cherokee to Frontenac. She most recently represented the people of Frontenac’s Third Ward on the city council. After 20-plus years, Grant has decided to step down and retire from public service.
