PITTSBURG, Kan. — As the annual Little Balkans Days celebration approaches, the Little Balkans Quilt Guild prepares for its biggest weekend of the year. Members of the guild spent Saturday diligently working to register, measure, and catalog hundreds of entries into this weekend’s quilt show. Each quilt will be judged by experts from around the country beginning on Tuesday with the winners announced on Friday.
