Library, restaurant introduce spice program

PITTSBURG, Kan. — Pittsburg Public Library and TOAST have paired up to provide the community with spice options to expand their cooking abilities. The Spice Library provides patrons with a different spice and recipe each month. For January, the spice is cardamom with a Spiced Pear Galette recipe.
