JOPLIN, Mo. — For its third year, the Art and Soul Project returns to the Joplin area, aiming to provide art supplies to children throughout the southwest Missouri region. It all started in 2020 when art enthusiast Tasha May and her family were creating art, and her husband, Alex, pitched the idea of starting an event to help the kids within the community.
