Raised in a small town in Crawford County “where everyone knew each other,” Pulliam attended Pittsburg State, earning a degree in psychology. Married for 38 years, she raised two children and enjoys time with her two grandchildren. Since November of 2024, Pulliam has been the homeless programs manager for Building Health, Inc., part of the Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas.
