GIRARD, Kan. — From handcrafted jewelry to candles to soaps and more from local makers, the Harrigans’ Barn Fall Market returns to Girard this weekend The popular local maker market takes place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday at 608 S. Sinnet St. in Girard, just north of Red Wutke Ballpark on the southeast end of town. The event is free to the public. The barn that serves as the venue for Harrigan’s Barn events was built by Jack W. Harrigan in 1971.
