GIRARD, Kan. — A Girard man and his six-year-old son suffered injuries following a single-vehicle accident in Crawford County Friday night. According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at 9:42 p.m. Friday on K-7 at milepost 43, seven miles north of Girard. The report stated that a 1979 Chevrolet Pickup was northbound on K-7 when the passenger tires left the right side of the roadway into the east ditch.
