FRONTENAC, Kan. — Much of Wednesday night’s city council meeting was spent in executive session (35 minutes) with only about 12 minutes of open discussion that primarily focused on staffing the new library. With opening day quickly approaching, council members asked Library Director Seth Nutt about hiring staff for the facility. Nutt has been working with other librarians to gather data on what he’s going to need in terms of staffing.
