PITTSBURG, Kan. — A former physical therapist, Alex J. Kuhlman, of Pittsburg, was arrested Jan. 7. Kuhlman is being charged with three misdemeanors and a felony. According to court documents, Kuhlman allegedly maintained an office for “the practice of healing arts” while his license was revoked or suspended.
