PITTSBURG, Kan. — An agriculture workshop series, sponsored by the K-State Research and Extension Office, will offer strategies to evaluate and improve farm estate and transition plans is set for January and February. The workshop, “Leaving a Lasting Legacy for Midwestern Farmers: A Succession Planning Series,” will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on January 21, January 28, February 4 and February 11, at the Crawford County extension office located at 120 E. Buffalo St. in Girard. The registration fee for in-person attendance is $60 before Jan. 12, which includes all meals for all four sessions and educational materials.
