ARMA, Kan. — Street congestion is not something that is discussed much in Crawford County, but the issue was a topic of conversationat Monday’s Arma City Council meeting. At that meeting, councilmembers shared their concerns about parking on a particular block inthe city that is causing potential issues. “What I’d like to propose, since it’s already done on the east side of Perry Street that you can’t park there, is also have the entire street from East South Street all the way down to Hector Street,” said councilman Howard Camp.
