GIRARD, Kan. — Crawford County Zoning Administrator May Smith brought a recommendation from the Zoning Board for a new housing development east of Pittsburg. Located at the intersection of 530th Avenue (E. Centennial Street) and 260h Ave (Opolis Road), the development will contain seven lots with a green space that includes a pond.
