PITTSBURG, Kan. — Former County Commissioner Carl Anthony Pichler, Sr. passed away at 6:04 p.m. Thursday, March 9. His death was announced the next morning by Crawford County Commissioner Tom Moody. “He was a mentor to me,” Moody said.
