GIRARD, Kan. — The Crawford County Commission issued a burn ban for unincorporated areas of the county at Friday morning’s meeting, effective immediately. County officials will make every attempt to notify the public through social media platforms and local news and radio stations. The ban will remain in effect until rescinded by the commissioners.
