Born and raised in Pittsburg, Brooke said she grew up with “incredibly loving parents who have always been my anchor and two siblings who have been my built-in best friends.” Brooke credits St. Mary’s Colgan as instrumental in instilling a foundation of faith but also in teaching her lessons about work ethic and moral character. After graduation, she attended Pittsburg State, earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in human resource development. She now has a family of her own with her husband and two active boys.
