PITTSBURG, Kan. — Blue Spoon Properties, owned by Christina Oberle and Brenda Davis, approached the city commission for funding infrastructure improvements to the property at 618 North Broadway. Oberle and Davis have been renovating the property at a cost of $314,000. They are requesting an additional $30,000 for roofing, plumbing and electrical improvements from the city.
