PITTSBURG, Kan. — While some teachers spend their summer vacations relaxing or engaging in their hobbies, Lynette Wescott is busy bettering herself as a teacher and a person. Within the past month, Wescott spent 10 days in Germany and five days in Los Angeles learning multiple cultural aspects through different programs.
