PITTSBURG, Kan. —The Bags to Benches program is a partnership with the Trex Company, a manufacturer of outdoor furniture made of recycled plastic. The Lions Club is the sponsor of the program. Trex partners with non profit groups to recycle #2 & #4 stretchy plastic (such as that used in plastic bags).
